  • What is the return policy? 
    We offer a 60-day warranty on all our urban bags. We will gladly exchange any damaged merchandise for a replacement of the same model or one of equal value that we have in stock. However, as stipulated on our website, your bags are not perfect, they are unique handmade creations in an artistic approach. No exchange will be made if it is only a matter of "look". Please note that all products purchased at a sale price are final sale and our 60-day return policy does not apply to such items.

    We are located in Montreal, Quebec
  • How is the product made?
    All bags are unique, you won't find any like them - Made just for each of you. They are all handcrafted, one by one.
  • How do I modify an order that I have already made?
    If your order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to modify it. However, if the latter has not yet been sent, we can modify it as you wish, while adjusting the amount if necessary.
  • What is your delivery policy ? 
    The delivery costs are covered for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
  • What should I do if I received a damaged order?
    You send us by e-mail a photo of your order with your invoice and we will apply our return policy.
  • What is your delivery policy?
    We are pleased to offer residents of Quebec and Ontario FREE SHIPPING on all orders. For orders elsewhere in Canada, there will be a FIXED RATE of 12$ however if the purchases are higher than 115$ the delivery will be free. US flat rate is $15.
  • Can I machine wash my bag ? 
    Since the bags are made of various materials, they could be damaged in the washing machine. We advise you to wash them by hand with a mild soap and let them air dry.
  • Where  come from? 
    The materials used for your urban bag are over 85% recycled and were recovered in Montreal and the surrounding area.
  • What should I do if I received a faulty order? 
    You must email us a photo of your order along with your invoice and we will apply our return policy.< /p>
  • How is the product made?
    All bags are made by hand, one at a time, which explains their uniqueness. You won't find others like them there!
