We are pleased to offer Quebec and Ontario residents FREE SHIPPING on all orders. For orders elsewhere in Canada there will be a FIXED RATE of

$ 12 however if purchases are over $ 115 delivery will be free.

The US flat rate is $ 15.


Please note your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Holiday schedules may differ. Our default shipping method is ground shipping. We will gladly send you a tracking number when your order is out our door and on route to yours!

Worldwide Shipping


Please note that although we do not offer worldwide shipping at this moment in time, we will be introducing this feature in the near future. Please stay tuned and follow us on Facebook saccages, website or Instagram @saccages to be the first to know when we launch!

Problem with your purchase?


Saccages guarantees our quality and offers a 30-day guarantee on all our urban bags. We will be happy to exchange any damaged merchandise for a replacement of the same style or style of equal value that we have available in our inventory. You must email us a photo of your order along with your invoice and we will apply our return policy.

However, as stated on our website your bags are not perfect, they are unique handmade creations in an artistic process.

No exchange will be made if it is just a matter of small imperfections.

What is our policy on sale items?


Please note all saccages product purchased at a sale price is final sale and our 30 day return policy does not apply to these items.

If you wish to process an exchange only, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning items. We will provide the prepaid return label to return your damaged bag. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and / or insurance, as saccages is not held responsible for any lost returns.
