The minimum age to use this site is 16 years old. Users agree that using our site they are over 16 years of age. We take no legal responsibility for misrepresentation of age.
Sales of goods and services
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods we offer include:

The goods linked to this document are the goods which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.
Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that you are responsible for monitoring your method of payment. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Guarantees
Saccages guarantees our quality and offers a 30-day guarantee on all our urban bags. We will be happy to exchange any merchandise that is damaged for a replacement of the same style or style of equal value that we have available in our inventory.
Please note that all Rampage products purchased at a sale price are final sale and our 30 day return policy does not apply to such items.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on this site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe that your payment violated any law or any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Reimbursement of goods
All goods sold on our site are non-refundable and are exchangeable only if damaged. You must email us a photo of your order along with your invoice and we will apply our return policy. However, as mentioned on our website each item is handcrafted and there may be small imperfections the bags are not guaranteed for these imperfections.
Limitation of liability
Vault or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Saccages and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify and indemnify yourself against any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising out of your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set out in this document.
